CHOCOTORTA I Dulce de Leche & Chocolinas
- 2 packs of Chocolinas Cookies
- 300g dulce de leche
- 300g milk cream (spreadable cheese can also be used)
- 300ml liquid of your choice (milk, chocolate milk, or coffee)
- A square container

Prepare the Creamy Filling: In a bowl, mix the dulce de leche and milk cream until well combined.

Dip the Cookies: Quickly dip the Chocolinas cookies in your chosen liquid, ensuring they are moistened but not soggy.

Layer the Cookies: Place the dipped cookies in the base of the square container, creating an even layer.

Add the Filling: Pour the dulce de leche mixture on top of the cookies, spreading it to create a thin layer about 1-2 mm thick.

Repeat the Layers: Continue layering dipped cookies and the creamy filling, repeating steps 3-4 until all the cookies are used up.

Chill and Set: Place the assembled Chocotorta in the fridge for at least 10 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
